Basis for ESD analysis and ESD audits form in addition to the German and international standards IEC 61340-5-1 and IEC TR 61340-5-2 as well as IEC 61340-5-3, the American standards ANSI / ESD S20.20-2021 and earlier editions of ANSI/EIA-625C and MIL-STD-1686A.
